I am a photographer based in Kolkata city of India. At the moment I am in the US. I shall stay here till the end of November,’08.During this period I shall attend four National Geographic Expeditions including Alaska and Peru. All these are part of my Grand Prize in Insights Photo Contest,2007 sponsored by NGS, NGTI and Intercontinental Hotels Group. I have already attended one NG Photography Workshop in Santa Fe in July,’08.
I feel a serious photographer has a future in the US– but needs an opening.
